Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item arrives significantly damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and the packaging.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Shipping delays caused by customs, postal services or courier companies are outside of our responsibility.
