SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. DecoJavi reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices include free international shipping.
Any taxes, customs duties or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Estimated delivery times with DHL Express are approximately:
• United States: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days
• Latin America: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, logistics delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information may be provided whenever available.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility and risk of delivery transfer to the customer.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives significantly damaged during shipping.
In case of damage, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the product and packaging.

All content available through our Services, including images, photographs, logos, designs, text, graphics and visual materials, is the property of DecoJavi and is protected by intellectual property laws.

DecoJavi operates using the Shopify platform. However, all purchases made through this store are conducted directly with DecoJavi and not with Shopify.
